Fuengirola is a coastal town on Spain’s Costa del Sol in the province of Málaga, Andalusia.  Known for its long sandy beaches, Mediterranean climate and relaxed atmosphere, it's a popular destination for both tourists and expats.  The town features a bustling promenade, a historic Moorish castle (Sohail Castle) and a mix of local and international restaurants.  While modern and lively, it also preserves traditional Andalusian charm in its older quarters.
