Ziburu, also known as Ciboure in French, is a coastal town located in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department in southwestern France. It is situated on the Atlantic coast and is part of the Basque Country region. The town is known for its picturesque harbor, sandy beaches, and historic buildings, including the 16th-century Church of Saint Vincent and the 17th-century Maison de l'Infante. Ziburu is also home to many traditional Basque festivals and celebrations, such as the Fête de la Mer, which honors the town's fishing heritage.
