The BATUC’ FANFAR’ Brass Band of the Groupe d’Amitié (Friendship Group) is an essential local association in the life of the town. Founded in 1948 by young people from Casseneuil, it now brings together more than 40 musicians of all ages.

The brass band is a modern take on the traditional marches of yesteryear. Recruitment begins as early as age 5 or 6 (as soon as children can read and write) for basic instruments, percussion and brass, without any prior musical knowledge or music theory, which will be taught during training.
Open to everyone, of all ages, for motivated individuals willing to get involved in music.
